About Us

Rick is the owner of American Eagle Home Inspections, LLC and was certified in 2007 through Indiana RECP to provide home inspection services. He has a strong background in general contracting, plumbing/pipe fitting, home and light commercial electrical systems, carpentry, concrete, and roofing. With a mimimun of 20 hours continuing education annually and commitment to his clients Rick will provide a property inspection using ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

• Licensed and insured in the State of Indiana, License # H400700023
• Completed RECP Property Inspection Education program
• Completed "National Home Inspectors Examination"
• Over 25 years experience in home construction
• 32 hours of Continuing Education
