I have been involved in the building trades since 17 years of age. I have worked with Bufco Corp. as a carpenter. As a contractor, I built my first home, the one I still live in at the age of twenty three. My second home as a contractor, was built for my mother. I have worked as an electrician, carpenter, block layer, hod carrier, (Never again) as an insulator, plumber, and now as a home inspector. I have experience in foundation removal, and reinstallation on an existing garage. I have also been a mechanic for the last 36 years. I am a associate member of ASHI. They require 20 continuous education credits each year. I am also a member of the Evansville BBB I received my Home Inspectors license in 2007 from RECP in Indianapolis. License # Hl00700023 I am a licensed pest inspector for Wood Destroying Insects. I received my license from the Office of the Indiana State Chemist.
